Welcome!

We have created this web site to celebrate the life of Robert Andersen, husband and father. Bob had many friends, of all ages. He passed away on October 9, 2006 at the age of 77.

We miss him and and have love for him beyond words. Many friends have shared stories with us in recent days that are on the one hand not the least bit surprising, but on the other hand miraculous and inspiring. For us, these stories and thoughts are priceless gifts that speak of a life invested in others and doing his part to make this world a better place when he left it than when he entered it.

We'd like to honor him with this online memorial, and welcome you to share your thoughts. Bob was a very talented, generous and joyful person. He had the mind of an inventor, the steady, strong hands of a craftsman, and a caring heart that always but others first. He inspired us in the way he lived his life -- one measured not by the days in his life, but by the life in his days.
